A New View, Meet the First Expiry Date

It’s been a long time coming… but it's finally here! 🎉

We’ve spent a lot of time building features that enhance the consumer experience but now, it’s your turn. More visibility, less admin, and faster decision-making.

You asked for it, and we listened. We're thrilled to announce the launch of the Expiry Date column on your leads list. This new addition is designed to make your workflow smoother, smarter, and more strategic.

So, what’s new?

You’ll now see a column labelled ‘First Expiry Date’ next to each lead. This is the next upcoming mortgage expiry date - no matter how many mortgages the customer has. For example, if a lead has mortgages expiring in 2025, 2026, and 2027, the list will show you 2025, the soonest date you need to act on.

✅ More context at a glance

✅ Faster prioritisation

✅ Zero guesswork

The feature slots seamlessly into your existing list view. Nothing clunky, no need to click around. Just clear visibility of when you need to take action.

🧠 FAQs

🔍 How does the list sort?

Exactly the same way as always: it’s your magic list, driven by engagement. Call requests appear first, followed by leads ranked by overall engagement.

📅 Can I filter by date?

No - the list will still sort by engagement to show you which leads to contact first, just with the expiry date now visible for extra clarity.

📌 What date is shown in the new column?

It shows the soonest upcoming mortgage expiry for each lead. If a lead has expiries in 2025, 2026, and 2027, you’ll see 2025 - the one to act on first.
