Exclusion Lists

Do you have advisers' data you don't want to include in Eligible?

Please let us know so we can build an exclusion list. We'll exclude the data of advisers who have deals you don't want to communicate with and these will not appear in your lists. 

If an adviser leaves your firm, please let us know. We'll exclude their deals from the data too and you will need to tell us as the system cannot recognise this change.

Please let us know as soon as possible if any of the above scenarios occur. We'll be sure to amend accordingly for you!
