New Consumer App Upgrade - Types of Call Requests for Consumers

With the launch of the New Consumer Web App Upgrade, the consumer will be able to request a call based on 4 modules; expiry date, base rate changes, property value & product rates ✅.

Examples can be seen below:

Expiry date Call Request: This will be as you would have known the product before where a consumer requests a call based on their mortgage being in the re-mortgage stage and they want to discuss a new deal with their trusted advisor.

Base rate Call Request: If the base rate has changed and this has affected the consumers mortgage interest rate , they will be alerted at which they can request a call or ignore the alert. When they request a call, you will receive an email to action as you can see here.

Property Value Call Request: If a consumers property value has changed, they will be alerted at which they can request a call or ignore the alert. When they request a call, you will receive an email to action as you can see here.

Product Rates Call Request: If the client is eligible for a better product and there is open business for you, you will receive an email as seen below.
