How To Delete a Client

If you ever need to delete a client, you can request this by clicking the “Mark As” button on the client record.

Clicking on "Yes" with the "Did you get in touch with the lead" and you will see Change Data:

You’ll see a box pop up where you can tell us that you would like the client deleted

You also have a tick box where you can stop communications going to the client whilst we make the change.

That's all! This will send an audit to Eligible support so we can get the client deleted.
