How to reassign brokers
We read the signs: The power is in your hands
We noticed that a lot of the data change requests that were coming through were actually just because you were unable to update who the assigned broker was in-app.
So, we thought we’d make things easier for admins and managers and put the power into your hands.
If you ever come across the wrong broker attached to a lead, you can reassign it in app using 'Mark As'. As in, “mark as someone else’s”.
After clicking ‘Mark As’ on the clients record, it will look a little something like this:
Easy!
So yes, that means you no longer have to submit a ‘data change’ request when you want to assign a different broker to a lead. We know, it’s fabulous.
