  • Bring up Eligible during completion to ensure consumers know to expect emails.​
  • Ensure all records are marked appropriately as case started/not interested to ensure consumers receive the correct information.
  • Remind consumers to add us to their safe sender list.​
  • Keep an eye on your suppression list to monitor opt outs.​
  • Open change data tickets to request any incorrect information is updated.
  • Regular checking of invalid emails to ensure we have up to date information.​
  • Stay on top of load approval to ensure we can communicate with as many consumers as possible.​

How to drive employee engagement as a manager/managing advisor:​

  • Regular log ins and reviews of the team page to monitor employee activity​
  • Regular reviews of the reporting page on a firm and employee level.​
  • Encourage employees to review our training resources.
  • Take advantage of our surrogate feature to have admins CC'ed on emails to help keep the system up to date.
