Getting started with Eligible - Automated Onboarding


We're happy to have you here! Now, let's get you started...

What we need from you:

  • Data
  • Logos
  • User accounts
  • Disclaimers & privacy policy

Step 1: Access your Unique Link 

Check your inbox ðŸ’Œ - we have sent an email across from Eligible Support with a unique login link for you to create your account.  

Step 2: Create your Account

You will need to create your account, place your contact details, firm details, Account Manager info (the main point of contact) and press create account. You will then be sent another email to your inbox which will allow you activate your account. Now that you have set a password, you have entered the Onboarding Checklist . You will be able to see a progress bar at the top which will give you an indication on how far along you are with the onboarding steps. 

Step 3: Set up your Branding

Lets transform how your app and emails look - you will be able to select the web app colours that you would like us to use and also upload your branding too ðŸŽ¨. TOP TIP: If you don't have all three logo formats that we request, please upload the same logo three times and should we need anything else, we will reach out! 

Step 4: Upload your Policy Links & Web Disclaimers

We will need your Legal details and Privacy Policy (DPN) links here as this information will allow us create the disclaimers that will appear on the bottom of the emails we send to your clients ðŸ“©.

With this information, you can then quickly generate your Disclaimers.

Step 5: Upload your Data

The way in which we power the product - your data. Use the uploader and guide provided to securely send us your data ðŸ“Š.

Step 6: Manage Users 

This is where you will let us know who needs access to Eligible - you can have as many users as you like! 

Congratulations, You're Done! 

Your firm is now set up ðŸŽ‰. We will now work our magic and begin processing your data. Once this is complete, you will get an email to let you know which records may need your attention in our Data Cleansing Tool, Load Approval.
